The November 9, 2021 Findings and Order is rescinded and replaced with a finding that the application filed on July 11, 2019 against SIBTF was timely filed.
The Findings of Fact and Order issued by the WCJ on July 18, 2023, were rescinded. The Compromise and Release agreement filed on January 3, 2024, was approved, including the attorneys' fee requested. The WCAB retained jurisdiction over all liens of record.
