From the decision · page 1Subsequently, the parties were invited to participate in a commissioners' settlement conference at our request. Prior to the date of said conference, the parties advised the Appeals Board that the parties entered into a stipulated agreement resolving the aforementioned lien claim as well as the issues in the Petition for Reconsideration filed on April 26, 2021 by defendants. A request to withdraw the petition and joint stipulation for settlement signed by the parties dated September 30, 2022 was filed on December 28, 2022. Therefore, we vacate our order granting reconsideration and dismiss the Petition.
