From the decision · page 1Defendant seeks reconsideration of the "Joint Order Approving Compromise and Release" (OACR) issued on February 17, 2026, by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ).1 The WCJ found, in pertinent part, that the Compromise and Release (C&R) filed in this matter was adequate, however, the WCJ issued a notice of intent to hold the requested attorney's fees in trust until further order of the court.
