The WCJ filed a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Removal (Report) recommending that we deny removal. Following the filing of its Petition, the parties jointly wrote to the court requesting to take the trial off calendar and requesting to withdraw the Petition for Removal. Accordingly, we will dismiss the petition.
