From the decision · page 1On March 9, 2021, applicant filed a Petition for Removal from a March 9, 2021 Minute Order issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) continuing an expedited trial to April 13, 2021 over applicant's objection. Applicant asserts that the issue of temporary disability, which was noted in the pending Declaration of Readiness to Proceed (DOR), has largely resolved, that a new Medical Provider Network (MPN) issue has arisen that needs to be heard on an expedited basis, and that the WCJ did not allow the MPN issue to be included with the issues to be heard on April 13, 2021. On April 13, 2021, this matter was continued once again to June 8, 2021, this time for a status conference. The setting of the June 8, 2021 status conference renders applicant's Petition for Removal moot as a status conference will allow the WCJ and parties to address all pending issues and determine how to move forward.
