From the decision · page 1On July 2, 2021, we granted reconsideration in this matter to allow sufficient opportunity to further study the factual and legal issues in this case. On May 2, 2022, petitioner filed a request to withdraw the Petition for Reconsideration. Given this development, we will vacate our grant of reconsideration and dismiss the Petition for Reconsideration.
