From the decision · page 1On March 29, 2021, defendant filed an unverified1 Petition for Removal in Case No. ADJ12239886. Although filed in Case No. ADJ12239886, the Petition for Removal challenges a March 10, 2021 Order issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) in Case No. ADJ11353707, setting Case No. ADJ11353707 for trial on May 10, 2021. Defendant requests that Case No. ADJ11353707 be ordered off calendar until Case No. ADJ11353707 and Case No. ADJ12239886 are ordered consolidated. A hearing in Case No. ADJ11353707 took place on May 10, 2021 at which time the case was ordered off calendar rendering defendant's petition moot. Therefore, we will dismiss the Petition for Removal.
