In that decision, the WCJ found that applicant's injury to her wrists, hands and fingers arising out of and in the course of her employment as a legal secretary by defendant, State Compensation Insurance Fund, legally uninsured, during the period February 14, 2017 through February 14, 2018, caused permanent partial disability of 29%.
