From the decision · page 1The Court affirmed the Opinion and Order Denying Petition for Reconsideration issued by the Appeals Board on October 20, 2023. The Court further issued an award of costs to respondent the applicant. On August 28, 2024, the Appeals Board mailed a letter to the parties requesting that the parties either provide a stipulation as to costs, or provide briefing with an itemization of costs. In the letter, the Appeals Board advised the parties that absent a stipulation or an itemization filed within 30 days, costs would not be awarded.
