Applicant filed a Petition for Removal regarding the July 12, 2021 Order Dismissing Serious & Willful Claim and Order Quashing Depositions issued by the WCJ, which dismissed the petition without prejudice based on a dormant request for dismissal filed on November 12, 2019.
