From the decision · page 5On April 29, 2024, the Findings and Orders issued, and as relevant herein, it was determined that Defendant's MPN contained service providers for interpreting, that defendant issued notice of its MPN, that lien claimant was not part of defendant's MPN, and that defendant was not obligated to provide payment to lien claimant.
