From the decision · page 1Applicant has petitioned for removal, or in the alternative, reconsideration, of the Order Vacating the Findings, Award and Order (Order) issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) on May 8, 2024. In that Order, the WCJ vacated the Findings of Fact and Award (F&A) issued on April 3, 2024 in which the WCJ found, in pertinent part, that applicant's industrial injury caused permanent disability of 100% without apportionment.
